What we mean by Goddess

Reconnect with your inner goddess. No crystals required.

No robes, no moon water, no mandatory chanting. (Unless that's your thing. Then robe on, candle lit, carry on, love. I'm right there with you.)

Goddess is an attitude: a woman fully inhabiting her own life. Self-assured, not perfect. Experienced, still curious. Wise enough to know better. Wild enough to do it anyway.

She might also be up at 3:17 a.m. looking for the reading glasses on top of her head. Still the Goddess.

Medical support, personalized to you.

No one-size-fits-all protocols. Your plan starts with your symptoms, your history and your goals, and a licensed clinician tailors it to you. Honest all-in prices, real support after the prescription, and exploring your options never means you have to take anything.

Write it. Burn it. Gone.

Finally, a place for everything you can't say out loud. What you really wanted to say in that meeting. The reply you typed, then deleted, in the family group chat. The 3 a.m. spiral. Type it or say it, then keep it, locked on your phone, or press and hold to burn it and watch it go.

And honestly? Watching it burn is so satisfying. We may have tested it more times than strictly necessary, because we love it too.

  • Your burn journal is built to stay on your phone, not on our servers.
  • Changed your mind? Keep it instead, locked on your phone for your eyes only.
  • Clear a Hespera chat off your screen the same way.

Some days you don't need advice. You need a match.

Why writing it down helps

Putting a stressful thought into words can make it feel more manageable, and getting it out of your head before bed may make it easier to settle. It's a starting point, not a cure. If something keeps weighing on you, it's worth a conversation with someone you trust or a professional.

Perimenopause vs. menopause

It can start earlier than anyone told you.

Most of what women call "menopause" is actually perimenopause: the years of change before your periods stop. It often begins in your 40s and sometimes in your late 30s, which is why so many women don't connect the dots.

If you've described these symptoms at an appointment and left without answers, you're not imagining it. Menopause care has long been a small part of medical training: in one survey of doctors in residency, only about 1 in 5 had received formal menopause education. That's changing, and you deserve a clinician who's up to speed.

Often 40s · sometimes late 30s

Perimenopause

Hormones rise and fall unevenly. Periods change. Sleep, mood, focus and hot flashes can show up while you're still having cycles. It usually lasts several years.

Average age 51

Menopause

One moment, not a phase: 12 months in a row without a period. You only know it in hindsight.

Everything after

Postmenopause

Some symptoms ease, others (like vaginal dryness) can continue. Bone and heart health matter more than ever.

Is this perimenopause? → Sources: ACOG; The Menopause Society; Kling JM et al., Mayo Clinic Proceedings, 2019. Education, not diagnosis.

Why we're different

Not just advice. Not just a prescription. The whole picture.

Midlife doesn't happen in one part of your life, so we don't treat it that way.

Meet the founder

I built what I needed, and couldn't find.

I'm Life. Yes, that's my real name, and yes, my parents were hippies. 🙂 ✌️ ❤️ I'm the founder of The Goddess Protocol, and I'm navigating midlife right alongside you: the 3:17 a.m. ceiling stare, the rogue chin hair (or five), and the late-night searches for "What is going on with me?"

I built the place I kept wishing existed: honest talk about real life, well-researched answers, practical solutions, and room for the whole messy, funny, magnificent woman, not just the part someone wants to fix.

Think of me as your research-obsessed, no-BS, no-filter bestie. I'm walking this road with you, and I'll be here to help dust you off when it gets bumpy.

Upfront, always

The questions everyone has. Answered straight.

What is The Goddess Protocol?

A midlife wellness company for women in perimenopause, menopause and beyond. We offer free, well-researched education and practical tools, plus physician-guided prescription care through Goddess Protocol Rx.

Who decides if treatment is right for me?

Always a licensed clinician, based on your health history. Many people are reviewed online without a call; some states require a short video visit, and we'll tell you if yours does. Exploring options doesn't mean you'll be prescribed.

What does Rx care cost?

One all-in price per program, covering your clinician's review, medication if prescribed and shipping. Some programs bill monthly, others every 3 months, 6 months or on a 12-month plan, and you'll see exactly what you'll be charged before you pay. You can also pay over time with Klarna. You only check out after a clinician approves your prescription, so if you're not prescribed, you pay nothing.

Can I cancel?

Anytime, online, at least 48 hours before your next billing date. If you prepaid for multiple months, you get a refund for the months you haven't used.

Is my health information private?

Your health details are handled through our telehealth partner's secure medical platform, not our online store. You can read exactly how we handle health data in our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.
