Go somewhere new. With women who get it.
We're building a travel program for women in midlife: small group trips paced for real bodies and real lives, plus help planning the trips you take on your own.
Nothing is booking yet. Join the list, tell us where you'd go, and you'll help pick the first trip.

Two ways to travel with us.
The cooking class and the afternoon nap.
A small group of women, a local guide who knows the place, and an itinerary with room to breathe. Come with a friend or come alone and leave with a few. Each trip is built around the five letters of ALIVE: something new, something to learn, real connection, energy you can keep up with, and a little bit of bigger.
Going solo, with a partner or with your sisters?
Our travel advisor can plan and book it for you, from the hotel with the good beds to the day trip you'd never have found. At partner hotels, that can come with extras like breakfast or an upgrade when they're available. You get a real person who knows what midlife travel actually needs.
What makes it different.
We're designing for the woman we are, not the 25-year-old in the brochure.
Paced for real life
Rest built into every day. No 5 a.m. starts unless the sunrise is genuinely worth it.
Honest about effort
Walking and activity levels described plainly, so you know before you go. Easier options on the hard days.
Comfort counts
Cool rooms, good beds, real bathroom breaks. Your internal thermostat has opinions, and we respect them.
Solo-friendly
Single supplements sting. We'll be upfront about room options and prices before you commit to anything.
HOME on the road
Water, open air, movement and a slow exhale, woven into the days. Never a boot camp.
Connection, not forced fun
Shared dinners and free afternoons. Join everything or wander off with a book. Both count.
Where should we go first?
Pick as many as you like. Your answers decide the first trip.
The honest fine print.
Travel is still in the planning stage. No trips, dates or prices are set, and joining the list doesn't commit you to anything. When bookings open, they'll be made through a licensed travel host agency, and we'll share its name and registration details before you pay anything. Our trips are travel, not medical programs. If you have health questions about a trip, talk with your own clinician.
