Shipping policy
We ship within the United States. International shipping is on our list, but it isn't live yet.
When your order ships
Every supplement order is made to order and packed by our fulfillment partner, and usually leaves the warehouse within 2 to 5 business days. Mugs and apparel are printed on demand by a separate partner, so they may arrive in a separate package and take a little longer.
How long delivery takes
- Standard (USPS): 2 to 4 business days after your order ships. $6.95, or free on orders of $75 and up.
- Expedited (USPS Priority): 1 to 3 business days after your order ships. $15.
You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Need to change something?
Email us at support@goddessprotocol.com within 2 hours of ordering and we can usually update your address or cancel. After that, your order is already in production.
Lost or stuck package
If tracking hasn't moved, or your order hasn't arrived within 7 business days of the estimated delivery date, email support@goddessprotocol.com and we'll sort it out. Please double-check your address at checkout. We can't reship for free if a package comes back because of a wrong or incomplete address.
